When it seems like Ive been standing in the same spot for the past 2 months and that I will never reach my UGL without starving myself Im starting to lose hope.
What is the point in doing it all if I never reach my goal?
I may be at my lowest weight so far, but it’s not even close to how I want to look or weigh.
Ugh. So frustrated.

Air squat challenge
* The proper activity done a few minutes before eating can encourage food calories to get shuttled into the muscle cells, before it has a chance to get stored as body fat.
* Increases insulin sensitivity and burns some extra calories.
Air squats are the best option out there for a quick workout before meals.
Read more about it in Tim Ferris’s book “4 hour body”.
By rebloging this I accept this challenge, and I will do my best to accomplish it.

Im so freakin sick of my weight bouncing. I went back from 142 to 150.
Im feeling good about my body, it looks better because it’s more toned than before, but those numbers are killing me.
I need a way to see the progress, something more than just the change in my body. You know how you’re getting used to how you look and you dont see the changes? Well, I can see some of them, but it’s not enough, I need it to be more accurate.
Maybe I’ll start measuring myself.. It sounds so obsessed.
I wish they could invent something that measures fat, muscle and water weight apart. That would be ideal. I hope they’re working on it right now!
At this rate, I’m not sure Im going to reach my goal by the summer, that’s the most frustrating part.
Are you getting hungry for no apparent reason long before your scheduled meal? Those tips might help you!
