I hate spaghetti.

You eat some, and yet you dont feel quite full. So you eat some more, eventually you end up eating today’s and tomorrow’s calories. That’s why I’m avoiding it, all of those greasy carbs. They’re evil, I swear!

Avocado salad on bread with some smoked salmon. Yum :3 It was pretty good.

It’s hard to reach 1200 calories a day when you eliminate meat dairy and white carbs from your menu.

I’m eating around 600-900 calories a day.. I know it’s bad, but I’m just not hungry. Should I be worried?

It’s soooo cold :(

2 pairs of pants, 3 warm sweaters and it’s still cold.

At least it burns up some calories :)
