Alright! Here we go:
I dont eat dairy nor meat. I do eat fish and eggs. I’m not sure how I should call it, but it’s a semi vegan diet.
I avoid all white carbs. I dont eat white bread, sugar(rarely) or potatoes.
I try to eat around 1200 cals a day.
My breakfast: Oatmeal with berries / Granolla with soy milk / 1 egg with a small salad
My lunch: Salads / Soups / Stir fried veggies / Healthy sandwich / Sea food / Sushi
My dinnes: Fish / Salad
My meals are usually filled with protein, which keeps me full for longer. It also helps me build muscle.
Snacks: Almonds / Dark chocolate / Walnuts / Hummus / Halva / Veggies & Fruits / Dried fruits
I drink A LOT. I never drink soda, and I’ve completely stopped with diet soda.
I drink 10-12 glasses of water a day, and 3-4 cups of tea.
I love tea, whenever I’m cold bored or hungry, I make myself a nice hot cup of tea. I add up some cinnamon and honey for variety.
Whenever I’m going out I order myself a cup of tea and a salad / sushi / hummus / stir fried stuff.
I dont drink alcohol at all, so that’s not a problem for me. I simply dont like it.
This is about it. It seems like it’s not enough, or as if I’d get bored by it at some point, but the variety is pretty big in the preparation process. :3
For now, I count calories, but when I’ll reach my UGW I’m going to stop and simply stick to a healthy lifestyle and eat in moderation. :)

I’m 18 years old, 5’10” (179 cm), And I weight 165 lbs (75 kgs).
Im trying to lose weight with a healthy diet that includes sports and eating the right foods.
I wanna feel good about myself, I’d really like to be able to wear anything any time, without worrying how it would sit on my body, and that’s why Im starting this blog.
This blog is going to provide me with the motivation I need to achieve that goal.
Starting weight- 165 lbs (75 kg)
Current weight- 144.8 lbs (65.6 kg)
Goals:
My weight will be below average eventually, but it doesnt really matter, I guess, as l plan on keeping this diet healthy.
