Anonymous asked: im going for a family meal tomroow, except the menu is all steak, beef burgers, currys and like chicken and mushroom pie, and sausages and mash etc. what would you suggest i have? im not trying to lose weight, although i dont want to gain any? x ( there arent any salads

First of all, before the meal you should go to the bathroom and do 90 sec of air squats. Tim Ferris’s book calls it a “body cheat”, it encourages the food calories settle into muscle cells before it can be stored as body fat.
Eat your food slowly, drink tons of water and pause between portions. Those tips will make you eat less without even noticing! :)
Try not to stuff yourself with food when you’re already feeling full! (that’s usually the part when the dessert comes, so simply leav some room for it in advance!)
